Managing Sign Content

Each sign can include multiple feeds. You control what appears, when it appears, and for how long. 

Add or Manage Media

  1. From the Digital Signs page, click the View icon next to your sign. 
  2. Click the sign feed you would like to add media to. The Default feed is your main sign feed. 

3. Click on the plus icon and choose one of the following: 

    • Add Media from Library – Choose videos, images, or audio from your account 
    • Upload New Media – Upload new media directly from your device
    • Add Template – Select from customizable templates 
    • Add URL – Link directly to an external image or video 

Scheduling Media

When adding media, you can choose to schedule it or click to Add Media to the Sign. 

  • Add Media to Sign – Media appears right away and stays until manually removed 
  • Start Time Only – Appears at a future time and remains until manually removed 
  • End Time Only – Appears now and disappears at a scheduled time 
  • Start and End Time – Appears and disappears based on scheduled times

Schedule times control when the content is added to the feed. Actual display timing may vary slightly based on network speed and file size.

Adjusting Content

Use the icons next to each media item to: 

  • Reorder Media – Use the arrows to change the order of items in the rotation
  • Update Schedule – Use the clock to change start or end times 
  • Update Duration – Use the stopwatch to set how long an image displays (in seconds) 
  • Update Template Message – Use the message icon to update the message in your customizable template
  • Remove – Use the trash can to delete the item from your feed

Add or Remove Sign Admins

  1. From the Sign View page, click More, then Sign Admins.
  2. To add users, click Add Sign Admins (top right).
    • Use search or filters to find users.
    • Click the Add icon next to a user, or select multiple and click Add Selected Users as Sign Admins.
  3. To remove users: 
    • Make sure you’re viewing Current Sign Admins 
    • Click the Remove icon next to their name 

Other Admin Actions

  • Reset API Key – Generates a new API key and disconnects any existing Chrome extension setups 
  • Sign Tracking Log – View which devices are currently displaying this sign
