Usage Reports

Track user activity across your school or district. 

Viewing Usage Reports 

1. Click on your name in the bottom-left corner and select Administrator Tools.
2. Go to Usage Reports under the Miscellaneous section.
3. Navigate across the available tabs: 
   • General Statistics – High-level summary and top users 
   • Login Statistics – Detailed user login activity 
   • Streaming Statistics – Live streaming usage 
   • Media Statistics – Upload counts and file types 
   • Insight Statistics – Insight creation and completion data 

Use the buttons at the top to choose a date range, create a custom date range, and/or Change School (District Admins only) to customize the view.
