Your Account

Click your name in the bottom-left corner and click My Account to access your account settings. 

Depending on your district’s setup, you can: 

  • View your username and account details 
  • Change your password (if applicable) 
  • Update your avatar 
  • Change your time zone
  • Switch your school (if applicable)

You’ll also see these tabs at the top: 

  • My Preferences 
    • Add or remove homepage widgets
    • Show or hide the help beacon
    • Set default media preferences and permissions
  • Notification Settings
    • Choose which notifications you receive and where to receive them
  • My Learning
    • Find In Progress, Not Started, and Completed Insights and Badges
    • View Grades
    • Download Certificates for individual badges and of completed learning for the school year
  • My Media Statistics 
    • View content storage and usage details 
  • Linked Accounts 
    • Connect to third-party tools (if supported) 
  • App Access
    • Instructions for logging into extension or mobile app
