Gallery View vs List View

MyVideoSpot gives you two ways to view your content. 

This is the default, or standard, view on your homepage and throughout your library. 

  • It displays your media as thumbnails in a grid layout.
  • Use the four-square icon in the top right to make sure Gallery View is selected.
  • Great for browsing visually or previewing content at a glance.

List View

Want to take action on multiple items at once? Switch to List View by clicking the three-dash icon in the top right. 

This view is ideal for bulk actions like: 

  • Adding items to a Folder, Group, or Team, 
  • Adding content to a Showcase, 
  • Deleting multiple items at once.
  • Simply check the boxes next to each item, then use Add drop down menu to make your selection.

You can toggle between views anytime based on what you’re working on.
