AI powered tools use the closed caption files to analyze video, audio, and screen recordings—generating clear descriptions and smart bookmarks for easy sharing and navigation.


AI Description Generator

  1. Click on your media item to open it.
  2. Select More, then choose Update Attributes.
  3. Next to the Description field, click Generate Description.
  4. Edit your AI generated description if needed.
  5. Click Save at the bottom to apply your changes.

AI Video Bookmark Generator

  1. Click on your video to open it.
  2. Select More, then choose Edit Bookmarks.
  3. Scroll toward the bottom to click Suggest Bookmarks with AI.
  4. Edit your AI generated bookmarks at the top if needed.
  5. Click Save Bookmarks to apply your changes.

Please note: These tools are not available by default. Contact support if you do not see these options and would like them to be turned on for your district.
