Internal Link

Every media item includes an Private (Internal) Sharing URL – this link can only be viewed by users logged into a MyVideoSpot account within your district. 

How to Share Internally

1. Make sure your media item has a permission level that allows others in your district to view it (e.g., All Users or Teachers and Above). You can edit these permissions within the item's attributes.
2. Click on the Share Icon of your media item. 
3. Use the dropdown under Sharing Mode to change the selection to Private.
4. Click Copy to copy the Private link to share with users who have a MyVideoSpot account. You can now paste the link in a message, email, or LMS. 

If someone doesn’t have permission to view the item, they’ll see a message that says: “You do not have permission to access this page.”
