Internal Folder Sharing

You can make entire folders shareable for distributing multiple items at once. 

How to Share a Folder Internally

  1. Open the More Actions menu and click Edit Attributes on the folder you want to share.
  2. Under the Sharing Settings, toggle on Share Folder with Link.
  3. Optionally add a password.
  4. Click Save to update your changes.

Once enabled, the folder will display a Share icon on your homepage. You can then distribute the folder link the same way you would an individual item — via direct link, embed, or QR code.

You can stop sharing at any time by toggling off “Share Folder with Link.” Anyone who visits the old link will receive a 404 error.

To co-manage content with others, consider using Groups or Teams instead of just sharing.
