Earning a Badge
To earn a badge, users can:
- Go to Badges > Assigned to Me to view badges they've been invited to complete
- Or go to Badges > Search for Badges to find public badges they're eligible for
- Click the Earn Badge Icon to add a badge to their list — badges are also added automatically the moment a user starts an item, even if they haven't clicked the icon first
On the Assigned to Me page, badges are separated into three sections: Not Started, In Progress, and Completed.
Click any badge to open the Badge Progress screen, where you can:
- See all items required for completion
- Track the status of each item (e.g., viewed, completed Insight)
- Open items directly to begin working on them
- Download your certificate, once the badge is marked Completed
After opening an item, use the Return to Badge link at the top of the page to navigate back and keep going.
What Counts as Completed?
Each media type has built-in criteria:
- Video or Audio — watched or listened to for at least 90%
- Document or Image — must be opened
- Insight — must meet the completion grading criteria
